Terms & Conditions :

1. Coverage Area
All prices are valid for events within Klang Valley and Selangor only.
For outstation events, transportation fees will be charged, and accommodation must be provided by the client.

2. Applicable Event Types
These packages are strictly applicable for the following event categories:
Team building events, forums, tea talks, workshops, roadshows, launching ceremonies, birthday parties, corporate functions, press conferences, bowling events, gala dinners, Raya celebrations, annual general meetings, family days, concerts, exhibitions, and marathon programs.

3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required within 2 weeks before the event date.
The remaining balance must be settled within 14 days after the event.

4. Special Categories
Golf events and product photography are charged separately from the above packages.
Clients may contact us for a personalised quotation.

5. Photo Highlights Delivery
Photo highlights for media release will be delivered on the same day, or within 24 hours if the event ends late at night.

​

6. Service Duration
All photography service hours must be utilised on the same event day as stated in the quotation or invoice.

​

7. Continuous Hours Requirement
Booked service hours must run continuously without breaks.
Hours cannot be split, paused, or separated into different time slots unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to the event date.
